This month we have been concentrating on the bulkhead, ensuring that it is all sealed up and salt proof so that none can creep its way in. This meant that many hours of careful preparation ensued...
This started by getting the bulkhead in primer and then smoothing out any imperfections before running a sealant around any joins or seams, meaning that everything is sealed and that when it gets painted it will look that little bit smoother!
Once this had all been completed then came the time to paint...
The pictures above show the results of the hours of fine sanding and preparation that took place. You can also see in the pictures the now silver front arms and brake calipers.
